Sundae ordered without whip cream. When it was received, loaded with whip cream! Also when you order sundae, get hard ice cream. If you get the soft, one bite and you will see hollow space. Very tasty but poorly made. Management needs to watch these young girls. Other people complaining too.

Ordered a coffee milkshake. It was so bitter it was not drinkable. I asked for a replacement and was told I’d have to pay again. Always enjoyed this place, so I’m super disappointed.
